On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt and subdued resinous hops - not getting peat. Flavour is along the same lines, with no notice of the peat, and pretty much just bready malt. Tastes like the Amber - did St Augs fuck this up again?

Draft - Sweet balcony peat. Cloudy copper with a small white head. Cherry, plum and sweet pear with a decent bitterness.

@BC Beer Awards. Not the most refined but yum...all kinds of peated yum and a yeasty unrefined base. If you're not into peated malt, there really isn't much else in here for you.
