This cider is made with 100% Okanagan apples. It's then blended with white grapefruit juice and sea salt. It's a bit sour and damn refreshing!

Draught @ 12 Kings. Hazy, very pale green, has some apple, a touch of grapefruit. Tart green apple, dash of citrus, cinnamon, black tea...hey I kind of like this.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver
Pale blond color, very pale. It smells like wine spills when people in southern Europe buy in bulk and bottle the wine over concrete floors. Dry, not weak, some citrus peel.
Random acts of brewing.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of white grape juice, crisp green apples and a touch of tartness. Flavour is dry and crisp, with a nice tartness, crisp green apples, and some white grape must. Not getting the salt. A nice more experimental cider. Very good.
