Bottled. A decent gose but some of these ratings seem based on the brewery and its deservedly excellent rep. Slightly cloudy yellow. Spicy smell. Sour peppery tart lemon. Good interpretation of a gose.

0.355 l can from 'Beer Republic', canned in September 2024. Hazy, straw yellow with a thin, fluffy, quickly collapsing, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, gently fruity and a little spicy aroma of lemon, rhubarb and light coriander. A little sweetish, gently sour, slightly fruity and a bit spicy taste of lemon, rhubarb, wheat and hints of coriander, followed by a medium long, gently tart, quite minerally-salty finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and a bit fizzy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Refreshing Gose, quite salty, very well-balanced sourness though.

From tap at Mikkeller & Friends, Reykjavik. Aroma of citrus, lemon peel, leathery notes, sea salt. Flavour is nicely salty and puckering sour. Great balance, bold Gose. Loved it.

Аромат классический по стилю, весьма кислый, есть немного сухие хмелевые нотки, немного цитрусов, есть соль, травянистость. Цвет немного мутный, не очень светлый как ни странно, пенки почти нету. Вкус хороший, но как по мне слишком много цитрусов, причем прямо мякоти от лимона а не цедры. Из за этого немного пиво лишается баланса кислоты. В послевкусие немного мне не хватает соли, хотя возможно это мне. Снова немного цитрусов, даже хмелевая сухость. В целом, очень в стиле, но не хватает баланса как по мне.

Notes from September 2013 Apparently this is what all the cool kids are drinking these days. Sixer from Tri-Boro Beverage. Served two cans at a time. :) Ommegang Anniversary glass. Hazy lemon/orange pour. Wispy inch of retreating white foam. Smells of lemon-lime soda & a bunch of yeast. Something vaguely squash-like. Tons of sour lemon upfront, along with a big scoop of gunky yeast. Metamucil comes to mind. Lactic. Maybe there's salt there, but all that lemon... No coriander to be found either, so sad. Maybe I'll serve the rest strained through some crushed seeds along with a sprig of cilantro. Prickly carbonation, goopy texture. Totally different beast when compared to something traditional like Leipziger Gose, or even something more modern, like Barrier Brewing's rendition(which I also love). Sourheads on a budget need to get their fix somehow I guess.

355ml can. Pours lightly hazed pale golden with a white head. Aroma: wheat, lemons, salt, coriander. Taste: light to moderate acidic, wheat, tart lemon, straw, hints of coriander, with a salty finish. Refreshing.

Can. Pleasantly tart. Nice lemon sherbert and lime sourness, initial saltiness. Very refreshing. Quite sparkly. Nice.
