50cl bottle? 375ml maybe. Pours a hazy peach color with very little, white head. Nose has lots of vinegar and stone fruit, peach and nectarine, white wine vinegar, some neutral oak. Flavor is tart with under ripe stone fruits, vinegar too, some oak, berries as well. Finishes tart, acetic and dry.

330ml bottle at the late December DC RB Tasting. Poured a dark ruby red color with a very small, wipsy off-white head. Aroma was grape must, super funky tart sour character. Vinous. Acidic, very tart, puckering finish.

From a 12 oz bottle shared at the RB Dec 23, 2018, gathering. It is a cloudy golden color with a thin off white head. The aroma is a sour apple and the taste is sour tangy grapes
I still am not a fan of spit beers

Sample at GABF 10/07/2017, thanks to my bro for assistance with note-taking. Hazy apricot-gold color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Short strings of lace. Aroma of oaky white wine, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, funky yeast, berry and doughy malt. The finish is oaky with a wine and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good beer overall.

Cloudy golden color. Nice aroma, the vinous character is strong and elegant. Strong body, there is some residual sweetness balancing the strong acidity, some acetone, fruit, wine.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma reveals wine barrels upfront, followed by oak, tannins, and stone fruits. Flavour is very vinous, with brett, oak, tannins, and medium acidity. Nice vinous and oak character. Decent, but lacking elegance.
