On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome), Colorado Tap Takeover. Bruna, abbastanza torbida, schiuma avorio leggera. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Sgraziata.

Tasting at Matt's; 12.1% ABV; vintage 2017, release 3
Dark amber color, hazy. The aroma is vinous and earthy. Good body strength, moderate residual sweetness, the flavor is rather earthy, some liquorice, and mild red wine barrel.
Dirty.

Bottle - Smells like a Flemish red with barrel, cherry and balsamic. Cloudy Amber with a small beige head. Cherry pits, some booze and barel and light sourness.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of vermouth, dark fruits, caramel, and fruity cocktail notes. Flavour is intense, with lots of alcohol, caramel, dark fruits, cocktails and some caramel. Boozy but complex and unique. Certainly hot, but it's quite a nice sipper.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is belgian yeast, fruity malt, wood. Medium mouth, boozy, pure sugar, yeast, very good.

Taster pour at the brewery, which is more than enough - very sweet and quite.boozy throughout the nose and flavor - there are some notes of plum and treacle that go well with the high sweetness - there is also and nice earthy and.spicy phenolic.profile that punches through the sweetness and booze - finish is barrel (coconut) and sugared plum - okay, but perhaps too big for me.
