Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Pinky red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is pink berry sherbets, citric zest, damp straw, grains. Taste comprises berry pips, tangy strawberries, light funk, lemon rind, balsa wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering rasp. Solid refreshing Flo Ryder Vice.

MBCC 2018. Yellow. Keg. A Theydon Bois whip cracking power rate. Hazy pink - red beer, small pink head. Light dry palate with a fine minerally crispness. Nice candied red berries with a little lemon sherbet. Light semi dry finish. Decent. No yogurt!

Draft @ Omnipollofest 2017. Pours a hazy pinkish orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour pineapple raspberry aroma. Fruity sour tart pineapple raspberry flavor. Has a fruity sour raspberry finish with hints of citrus and pineapple.

(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours hazy pink-peach with a white head. Notes of orange, raspberry, citrus zest, pineapple, light sweet lactose/candy tones, tart edge that's more prominent in the flavour, touch of wheat, real rainbow sherbet vibe most especially conveyed in the nose, tartness lingers through the finish. Light to medium bodied, somewhat high carbonation. The nose on this is fantastic and the flavour largely backs it up, super-refreshing. Lovely.

Bottle pours out a hazy pink orange color topped with a fizzy head. Nose is nice sweet pineapple lemon zest and some sour notes. Taste is as the nose with pinepple citrus zest and plenty sour notes.

[ As Angry Chair Rainbow Sherbet ].Hazy matt medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is tart fruit, orange, pineapple, citrus, zesty, berliner weizen yeast, raspberry - strawberry alike berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, citric, orange - citrus - zesty - pineapple, raspberry - strawberry, berliner weizen yeast. Bottle thanks to Adam. Pours a cloudy orange pink with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong pineapple, orange peel, wheat, lemon. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
