Bottle - Lemon, Soured barel and herbal notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Bright raw woody notes, sweet and a touch of herb. Botanicals are definately there.

Hazy, light tan. Thin head. This has a fairly strong gin aroma, with floral, rosemary notes. Quite herbal, has a little bit of sweetness. Decent balance, because there's a nice pale malt. Dry finish, bit yeasty. Comes across like a nice, balanced saison with a lot of floral, herbal gin character.

750ml bottle at Matt's. Pours a hazy dirty golden with a white head. Aroma is quite pleasant with gin, spices, and flowery notes. Similar taste with malty and gin notes. Good stuff.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with gin barrels, with juniper spices and rustic notes. Flavour is loaded with gin barrels, some wood, light spices and light saison yeast. The gin is very aggressive, drowning out any real farmhouse character. Carbonation is fairly aggressive. Not overly complex, but it's a fun off-kilter beer.
