Dark brown, thin head, has a fairly molassesy note, touch of lighter brown sugars too. Soft, sweet, light molasses note, touch of alcohol. Actually tastes like a lager - so many new world examples don’t - A little simple but hitting the style better than some.

Draft - Dark roast, dark fruit and some toast. Jet brown with a small beige head. Dark roast and dark fruit with a nice light bitter finish. Overall nice with some cola notes.

Black color. Bready and yeasty aroma, roasted malt. Lean body, but robust, with light residual sweetness; bread, dark chocolate, roasted malts, enough malt depth; balance of elements and harmony.
it's quite a true Baltic Porter.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out dry cocoa nibs, toasted malt and a touch of earthiness. Flavour is quite full-bodied, with notes of vanilla, moderate roast and some cocoa. Robust for the style and roastier than usual for the style. Very good.
