Bottle. A slow gusher producing a dense, off-white head over an unclear, orange-golden body. The aroma has a nice bretty touch, citrus and some leather and farmhouse notes. A faint malty touch as well. Thereโ€™s a nice citrusy bitterness in the flavor, with some pale malts, quite a lot of grapefruit and pine cones. Full body and a pleasant carbonation level. Lasting bitter finish. Doubt the brett is intended, but it certainly suits the beer. Dangerously easy drinkable, and also tasteful. 140315

BBE 28th April 2014 - Pours copper orange with a thick white head. Aroma of yeast, spices, earthy notes, hints of herbal hops and ripe fruitness. Taste is fruity, yeasty, caramely and grassy with some herbal hoppiness. Finish is sweet, yeasty and fruity with some herbal notes. Decent Belgian style IPA, but feels a bit unbalanced.

On tap at Christian Firtal. Cloudy golden with a lasting, firm white head. Grapefruit peel and pith aroma with orange and pine. Dry and pretty expressive grapefruit flavour, bitter and even a little tart. Not entirely balanced and not calling for several pints, but a very tasty beer.
