An intense, tropical Double India Pale Ale. This Single Malt and Single Hop seasonal brew is made with Canadian Pilsner Malt and Azacca Hops. An elevated ABV along with several rounds of Dry-Hopping make this the perfect sipper on a breezy late summer's eve.

Tasting at SF, Vancouver; growler
Hazy golden color. Decent IIPA base with quite clear diacetyl presence, minty finish.

Growler - Grass and some spunky butterscotch. Clear gold with almost no head. Bitter and bready with some sweetness. Finish is bitter.

Golden-amber with a slight haze. Thin head. On the nose, I get diacetyl and spicy hops. Bitterness, and floral hops. Touch of diacetyl on the palate, again with biscuity malts like the regular IPA. Good beer mostly - like if there wasn't diacetyl this would be solid.

Growler, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with diacetyl, followed by piney hops and hop oils. Flavour is infected, with herbal hops, diacetyl and bready malt. Needs some serious cleaning up. No good.
