Draught@TCBW2018. Black colour with minor beigeish brown head. Aroma is alcohol, toffee, some cognac, wood and mild vanilla notes. Flavour is caramel, toffee, toasted notes, liquorice, alcohol and quite wooden notes with a slight cognac like sweetness creeping in in the finish. Sweet long aftertaste.

Black with brown head - Roasted malt aroma - Roasted malt body with some chocolate otes and some barrel flavours - The roasted malt flavours with chocolate , coffee and barrels goes into the finish - This was good

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 08/09/17. A dark mahognay brown coloured pour with a loose tan head. Aroma is woody, alcohol, oysters, some soy. Flavour is composed of spicy , woody, chocolate roast, warming alcohol, Palate is full bodied, sticky, Lingering dark chocolate.

Appearance: Dark brown colour with a small tan head.
Aroma: Roasted malt, chocolate, dried fruit, bourbon, vanilla.
Body: Full body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Chocolate, bourbon, roasted malt, vanilla, dried fruit, alcohol.

Tap at TCBW. Opaque colour, tiny brownish head. Toasted with barrel notes, some alcohol. Full-bodied. Sweet, toasted, some cocoa, vanilla hints. Full, nice.

Tap at TCBW 2018. Pours black with brownis head. Aroma is sweet, vanilla, roast, coffee, booze. Flavor is sweet and bitter, booze, roast, malt, coffee. Finish has more sweetness and booze. Overall: too boozy and sweet, not balanced.
