Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver; listed 4.5% ABV
Golden color, clean. He aroma is gently fruity. Dry mouthfeel; good malt base, and the adjuncts are sensibly added, each providing an evident character yet blending together. More Sour than Saison, given the strong citrusy character.
Very good.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma is fairly spicy, with equal parts coriander and fennel, not getting much clove or orange. Decent amount of earthy saison yeast as well. Flavour is very cohesive, with a great blend of spices - specifically the coriander and fennel. Light citric character from the oranges well. It all sits on top of that classic Propolis yeast character, with an earthy tinge to it. Very good.

Slight haze, thin head. This has a nice mellow spruce and a nice, woody tartness. Tasty.
