Tasting at Matt's
Cloudy blond color. Pungent aroma, citrus fruit and passion fruit. The flavor is too spicy, yeasty, funky and moderately sour.
Unbalanced and messy.

Can - Bright Belgian yeasty notes. Bitter and bright. Murky yellow with a small white head. Perfumy, mango, dried pineapple bitter, dry and lots of yeast. Not great.

Cloudy, Pretty green on the nose, as it has a little diacetyl, and vague hop. On the palate, I get a fair bit of hop bitterness. It's pretty yeasty, some light apricot fruit, I don't get much brett, if any, but like I said the beer's a bit green. Patience makes better beer - I want to like it, and probably would like it better a month or two from now.

355mL can, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of stone fruits, piney hops, and light crackery malt. Flavour is very fruity, with lots of peachy stone fruits, some pine and biscuity malt. Not getting any Trappist elements. Just another NE IPA. Solid.
