Draft at brewery. Chartreuse color. White cap. Oaky fruit aroma. Flavor is tart cherry and a hint of vanilla. Some oakiness, thigh it is minimal. Light in body and flavor. Some leafy, herbal notes on backend. Very approachable for the style.

5oz pour at brewery. Pours clear ruby with off-white head. Very little aroma, maybe very faint cherry skins. Flavour has a very generic fruit flavour that I can convince myself is cherry. Otherwise there is an earthy, woody character that is nice. Compared with other tart ales they've made this is very meek.

Has a modest bit of foam and a rather dark red liquid underneath. Very soft fruit aroma. Flavour is bright fruits of no description, dry and not sweet, with a yeasty finish. Nondescript though there is no cloying sweetness at least. A good fruit beer for those who don't like fruit beers.

Draft - Nice cherry notes. Clear pinkish red with a decent white head. Sour cherry and a nice clean finish. Simple, but nice.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a cloudy opaque bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse yeast and obscured cherries. Flavour is along the same lines, with farmhouse yeast, manure, and obscured cherries. A little rough but it's okay.

On tap at Brassneck, pours a cloudy pinkish ruby red with a small white head. Aroma brings out light tart cherries, some pithy notes, and some herbal / fungal notes. Flavour is very dirty, with notes of manure, tart cherries, almost no sweetness, and a lightly acidic finish. Tons of earthy, manure-like notes on the finish. Not very convincing.

Cherry red. No head. Cloudy. Aroma is mostly berries. Tart, but thin, light berry and a fair bit of solventy phenol in the finish. The phenol I could live without.

Draught at the brewery
Red color, cloudy. The aroma has some fruits and acidity, but it’s very mild. The flavor is moderately sour, it’s definitively dry, the fruit is very mild; traces of bready yeast.
Not bad, but also very shallow, not better than what a common homebrewer can do. More is expected by a professional brewer.
