650ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with small, frothy to macropore, fading, white head. Fruity, wheaty aroma has a minimally artificial note of banana, some citrus, apricot, in the background minimally spicy and herbal notes. Taste is fruity and wheaty, esteric notes of banana, apricot, apple, pear, pineapple. Wheat ale with wonderfully fruity notes that could easily do for a Weizenbock but... esteric, flat carbonation, collapsing head; not just absolutely disappointing concerning appearance - in addition missing the style. Sorry for that, Hoppin’ Frog!

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; Pours hazy orange thin head, didn’t really taste anyting like other Hefeweizen I’ve had didn’t get hardly any banana or spice. Taste more malty and bready, still a nice beer even if its not representative of the style.

Sampled from bottle @ monthly De Molen tasting. Small white head on top of a clear orange colored beer. Smell malts, sweetness, candy and something weird, almost a mix of wheat, pear-like fruits and slightly a chemical hint. Taste malts, pear again, sweetness. Hmm, certainly doesn’t taste like a German weizen. More like a Belgian Ale to me. Medium to full carbonation, medium body.

Thanks to JaBier for sharing a bottle. This brew is a clear golden color with a medium densely packed white head that evaporates steadily. Partial rings of lacing. The aroma consists of wheat , bananas and malt. Light body with a fruity character of bananas and citrus. Notes of wheat and sweet malt in the background. The finish is fruity with a wheaty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Refrigerated 22 oz. bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours orange with large light orange highlights top and bottom with small off-white head that dissapates very quickly. No lacing, low carbonation, and pretty thick body. Aroma is banana and clove, taste is starts sour banana, some lemon, and finishes light clove. Expected something a little better.
