Tasting at SF
Murky pink-orange color. Mild aroma of lactic acid and strawberry. Smooth mouthfeel, anonymous base, lightly salty, with mild raspberry.
Ok beer, no emotions.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out bright strawberries, a bit tart citrus, and a hint of lacto. Flavour is a bit thin, with lightly tart strawberries, some citrus, and lacto. Lacking any real depth, but it's reasonable.

Bottle - Strawberry and some stalk green notes. Gloudy golden pink with a small white head. Light salty and no sign of the strawberry.

Pinkish and hazy. Thin head. On the nose, kind of dusty and yeasty, but not a whole lot of berry. Light, just a touch of fruit. Touch of salt. So has a little bit of gose character, but ends up as a fairly simple beer. Quaffable if a touch fizzy, then finishes sort of tart and pedio-y.
