On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh coriander upfront, with some grapefruit, a very nice saltiness, coriander and light lacto. Really nice balance of flavours. This works great.

Pours a hazy lemon yellow/orange, minimal head of foam.
Grapefruit aroma, wheat, lacto tartness.
Taste is delicious. Just the right injection of grapefruit offering mild bitterness that complements the light tartness.
Well crafted.

Bottle from Boise Co-op. Haxy golden, with small, soft head. Aroma is gentle citrus. Taste too is more citrus, and very lightly salted. A bit too subdued for my taste.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, bottled Jun 8, 2017, poured into a glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is light grapefruit, light body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is slightly tart light grapefruit and some salt.

12oz bottle pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is light grapefruit salty. Taste is more of the salty grapefruit notes.

Draft @ Barrel House. Pours a bright golden orange color with a light haze. Mild aroma is citrus and light wheat with a light brine. Taste is refreshingly sweet and tart, light salt. Grapefruit and brine with just a little Berliner wheat. Just right for the summer heat.

355ml bottle. Pours a cloudy straw colour with a medium, frothy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Aroma of grainy wheat malt, grapefruit and salt. Sweet flavour of wheat malt and grapefruit with a dry, salty, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing.

Bottle. Hazy golden pour. Aroma of yeast ester, wheat, sweet grapefruit and candy. Taste of mild tart, salt, orange, grapefruit, spices and yeast ester. Not bad.

Bottle - Sour herbal notes witha touch of salt. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Agreesive salt and some light grapefruit.
