Sampled at Barbarian during RBSG. Pours a golden orange with small white head. Tropical fruit sour aroma with light hops. Deep husky sour taste with a light fruity sweetness. There is a light hop bitterness, but overshadowed by the deep sour presence. Tasty overall.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. A big sour zesty nose. Almost like sour pineapple, citrus, big sour notes, sawdust. Very smooth, it works very well.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong passionfruit, mango, pine. Medium body, juicy hop, passionfruit, papaya, mango, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

On tap at the Garelden City brewery Hazy deep orange. Full sandy colored head. Complex woody funky sour aroma. Strange flavors either busy or vague. A little vinigary but smooth and soft and light toast malty. Aproachable butnim not sure what it is I’m tasting. Not bad just strange and interesting

On tap from Barbarian at Alefort. Another take on their sour IPA, offering some nice sour notes, which dominate, as well as detectable (and delectable!) backbone of malt and hops. If you’re on the fence for sours, but like IPAs, this might be worth the effort.
