Our Belgian inspired Triple was brewed traditionally in the manner of the Trappist monks. This golden ale is spicy with a sweet finish and hint of fruit notes.

Sampled at Barbarian during RBSG. Golden yellow color with a nice little white head. Aroma is light citrus, gently spiced, and a little bit of Belgian fruity yeast. Flavors of the fruity yeast, light oak, and moderately spiced.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A big spicy banana ester nose. Clean, flavorful, light heat, big bananas and some sweet toasted malt. Classic triple. Very good.

Draft - Bready and Belgian yeasts. Clear gold with a small white head. Sweet bread and honey and Belgian yeast.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, oak, floral. Medium body, yeast, spice, oak, dry finish, boozy, very good.

On tap at brewery pours out cloudy straw. Topped with a little white head. Nose is spice belg yeast some sweetness a little fruit notes and a touch of clove. Taste is belg candy sugar some spice pepper notes and plenty of the belg yeast.

On tap at the brewery classic light golden color pretty evident alcohol and Cindy with the typical fruity eatery Belgian yeast flavors. Big and smooth

On tap at PreFunk. Nicely done, soft pour, milky body, floral, herbal, buttery aroma. Taste follows with same flavors. Only knock against it is a non- existant finish, it just disappears. All else this is a good tripel.
