Draft at PreFunk. Medium golden, small soapy head. Jalapenos prominent in the aroma and taste without adding too much heat to the overall brew. Lots of pepper flavor, small amount of lingering heat.

Draft - Spicy green peppers. Clear gold with a decent white head. Green fresh jalapeño and a moderate amount of heat. Not overpowering but enough to be too much for more than a small glass.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A big bursting pepper nose, light biscuit. The flavor is dominated by the peppery heat, green peppers, fruity, a bit of toast. Solid beer, not the most drinkable for me.

Draft pour pint at special brews. Listed at 5%. Pours a clear bright golden color with a thin patchy head. Obvious pepper heat aroma. Flavor has a lot more of the jalapeño flavor than the heat. Also has a slight sweetness hidden in there. I love pepper beers. This was good.

From sampler at the brewery. Pours slightly hazy yellow with white foam and lace. Taste is fresh spicy peppers (5/10 on a heat scale), citrusy, biscuity. Aroma is peppers, wheat crackers. Thin and a little watery. Incredibly fresh and yummy for spicy beer lovers.

On Tap at the Brewpub pours out a hazy yellow. AKA HOT BLOND. I didn’t know it was a Jalapeno ale. When I took in the aroma I was thinking this glass must not be clean. Then I had a drink. This was a pretty nice jalapeno beer.

On Tap at the brewpub. light golden color with a modest fleeting head. Slight traces of lacing. Aroma was mostly the sharp spicy peppers and not much else. Flavor was again dominated by the jalepenos. The sizzling pepper burn was late and lasting just like it is in "real life’. I found this chili beer (of which I was rather dubious) to be up front, bold, in your face and exaclty what I thought a jalapeno beer should taste like. Very interesting.
