Draught.. Black pour with off white head. Coffee and malt aroma. Very full bodied with coffee, chocolate and malt notes in the finish. Well balanced finish. There is a bit of hop there.

On Tap at the brewpub, in Pendleton, OR. Opaque deep brown black, Creamy lasting head. Nice deep roasted chocolate aroma and big soft roasty flavor. Missing that sour tang a lot of Porters have. Finished pretty quick and leave a very tasty lasting roasted and coffee trailer. Very nice

A brown porter with a thin moka head. In aroma, a herbal chocolate with mashed peas, coffee notes, off aromas. In mouth, a powdery chocolate with light molassey notes, a bit of vegetable notes, so-so. On tap at Oregon Brewer’s Fest, July 31 2011.
