Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow straw from a bottle. Nose is not much, a little funk like a fresh apple should have. Flavor is remarkably close to the description, I'm somewhat amazed at the lychee and chamomile notes. I'd actually like a little bit more, it's rather underplayed. Good, dry cider.

As dry of a cider as they come. It's damn dry.

Draft - Dry and funky apple. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Soured and tart apple with a dry finish. Nice.

On tap at the PDX location. Pours a clear yellow color with a small bubble of fizziness. The aroma is mostly woody oak and light apple. Smooth, not too sweet, some fresh apples, tannins similar to oak dryness. Quite nice.
