On tap at Brewers Haven. Clear golden pour, bright, persistent white h ead. Grainy, biscuity aroma, grassy. Taste is crisp, graint, bready with a mellow bitterness at the finish, with a hint of lemon.

Bottle from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a decent white head. Aroma is bready with light citrus notes. Approaching med body. Flavor is clean and bready, with citrus and grass/spice note. Starts not dry, but quickly generates some bitterness. Goes somewhat floral in the finish, but grass/spice perseveres. Good kolsch.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bread and straw with a bit of sweet grain supporting. Flavor has bread and straw throughout with a bit of a leafy note in the finish.

Draft - Sweet honey and light grains. Pale clear gold with a small white head. Lots of honey and a touch of grain. Comes across a bit sweet.

Draught. Part of Pfriem Tap takeover at Prospect. Gold with white head. Light fruit and citrusy aroma. Light bodied with hop character. A bit of a malt spine. Medium to long biscuit and citrus finish.
