Cascade Lakes Salted Caramel Porter 5.8% 37 IBUs A sweet artificial caramel toffee aroma, smooth medium to light body it’s a surprisingly bitter dark chocolate flavor before you get a dab of caramel though the salt comes through strongly in the finish. Pretty good.

Can from KBL. Caramel nose, coffee, chocolate, light roast. Black, with a low, airy head. Salted caramel comes through big, with roasted coffee and dark chocolate. A bit too sweet, but not crazy. Body is a bit light. Slightly roasty finish. Not bad at all, even if not really what I want.

Malt forward aroma with caramel. First taste reminded me of first class ice cream. Some salt in finish. Worthy companion to Breakside's Salted Caramel Stour
Light and thin coffee porter but good salted caramel notes. Typical porter feel basically. Eh, that's important.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound, presented on nitro. First sip of this, I'm glad it is. Always enjoy these dessert like beers on nitro. They nailed the caramel square like flavor, candy like but only barely sweet. Milk chocolate. A little salt too. So basically it is exactly what they say it is, which is awesome. A unique beer too. Aroma reminds me of a candy bar. I had a great experience with this beer.

On Tap deep dark brown. Thick sticky heavy tan head and lacing. Chcolate and tootsie roll aromas. Light roast and chocolate flavors. Not particularly full bodied and some dry roast acidic notes at the end.

Taster at BitterCreek. Clear brown, almost opaque, tight, creamy head, lacing leaves sheets. Aroma is mildly nutty, taste brings the caramel, mils sweetness, not too much salt. roasty, nutty is what remains on the palate.

Draft - Chocolate and salted caramel. Jet dark brown with a decent beige head. Dark roast, light caramel and a nutty note. Sweet, but appropriately so.
