Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6
Draft - Almost honey like notes, vinegar funk and Apple. Clear pale yellow. Dry and tart, up front acidity from the quince and a long acidic Apple and pear note. Complex and interesting, but maybe a bit too acidic.
