Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris
Blond color, with an incredible amount of big bubbles; hence, a frothy head, disappearing quickly. It has an unexpected aroma, of cellar, citrus fruits, light hop. Quite dry mouthfeel, with light malt flavor, high bitterness, pleasant Bretts and a touch of lemon peel. Thirst quenching; unique in France.
