Thank you for sharing Sebletitje & tderoeck! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. Very hazy citrus, little white bubbles. Nose is weird rotting chemical, green banana, insecticide, rotting grain, unpleasant. Taste is really awful, fish guts, rotting chemical, spoiled rotting wheat, rotting banana, spoiled yeast. Body is chemical fish guts. Really unpleasant, spoiled batch?

Bottle sample @ Vini Birre Ribelli ’16.

Draught at Trois 8, 4/24/15
Two-finger white head tops a lightly hazy, tangerine-hued golden body with light carbonation. Head retention is strong.
Soft hay, fresh herbs, pepper and honeyed malts provide a clean aroma with just a touch of playful yeastiness adding light mineral notes and a touch of acidity.
Fantastic, nearly silky texture is carried about by the ample carbonation, leaving pure malt honey flavors, fresh flowers and herbs and soft bitterness dancing about. Well-attenuated but still with enough malt to keep interest. Listed as a biere blonde at the bar, I would hold that it is indeed a blonde belgian ale, as there very little farmhouse character here (certainly no funk, and no brett that others speak of). Delightful though. What all the other awful Franco-Belgian Bieres Blondes should be. Actual malt flavor, complex hop character and no soulless, pumped-out feel to it.

Bottled, from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Cloudy pale golden, gushing lively head. Milky lemon aroma. Mid sweet with underlying milky tartness. Light-medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Quite interesting flavour of honey, pineapple and white pepper, but a bit much lemony yoghurt.

Bottle shared at The Kernel, London. Thanks to Paul. Pours cloudy, pale yellow with a fine, white foam head. Has quite a funky nose, with light lemon, hay and poo. Light sweet flavor with some grass, lime, faint plastic hints. Light bodied with very explosive, mouth-filling carbonation. Fairly dry on the finish with some barnyard, manure, yeast, light straw and lemon pith. Pretty nice. Mildly refreshing. Yeah, very decent stuff.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles. It pours cloudy yellow, with an orangish hue and massive white head. The nose is farmyard, lemon, hay, funky and medicinal notes. The taste is orange, lemon, farmyard, hay, metallic (due to carbonation), touch of spice, tang and soap, with a dry finish. Medium body and harsh, prickly carbonation. So-so.
