Draft - Dank and citrus notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Bitter peel and some dank notes that just a touch of the booze.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours an opaque cloudy bright yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out dank hops, tropical fruity juiciness, some light pith and biscuity malt to back. Flavour is massive, with loads of dank hops, some pot, and tropical fruity juiciness. Really well-made. Juicy, dank finish. Excellent.

Taster at Elizabeth Station. Pours a murky blonde with a white head. Aroma is a little bit dirty, dank, with tropical fruits notes. Taste is similar with some piney hops. Despite it is quite dirty as others Structures stuff it is quite nice.

Draft 10 oz pour during my visit to Structures last week. Very hazy pour. Lemonade hazy. Surprised for some reason. Huge aroma of vanilla, soft grains and sturdy hops. Creamy flavor, huge hop character, bitter linger. Thick cream finish. Not a typical imperial in any way. Flavorful, with a lighter, refreshing side to a big beer. Nice.

Opaque and pale with a thick head. Yeast-forward aroma. Bitter, tempered by yeast and just a touch of pale malt sweetness. Bit of alcohol comes in late to dry it out.
