Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Bottle - Caramel and some herbal notes. Could be a touch of pine, but mostly yeast belgian esters. Clear copper cold with a small white head. Light woody notes, earthy yeast and sweet caramel. Although not a fan of Spruce in my beer, this has little but still isn’t great.

On tap at the brewery. Amber, touch of haze. Rather light spruce, light body, mellow esters. Might actually want more spruce.
