Tasting at SF, growler
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is yeasty and very doughy, but the lemony acidity is very refreshing.

Growler - Soured wheat and a touch of soap. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Fruity and light sourness with a clean finish. Quite nice.

Growler shared at Brian’s office. Pours a murky blonde with a weak white head. Aroma is salty, soury, passionfruit notes. Similar taste with ascorbic notes. Very refreshing, quite good.

Cloudy, tart, juicy like grapefruit, lychee. Still some kettle sour nose but it’s sort of overpowered. Not even a noted hoppy beer. Good body for this style.
