On draft at the brewery tap house. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Herbal aroma with some fruity notes. Flavors are herbal with a light mouthfeel. Very delicate and delicious.

Dull, light tan, with no head. Hazy. Has a barrelly nose, bit bretty. Hoppy, has a splash of acidity. Nice brew.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, farmhouse funk and saison yeast. Flavour is very dry, with funky brett, earthy notes and some soil. Nice funk and spiciness. Very good.

Draft - Herbal and dark spicy perfume. Clear gold with a decent white head. Spicy perfume and some caramel malt. Fairly perfumy and herbal.
