Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, rich head. Fruity nose with marzipan and coriander. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Ripe canteloupe, marzipan, dough and grass. Fairly low bitterness.

Nice florals in this and light hay. Spelt adds a different element here, but still works. Pours hazy blonde with ok head and lacing. Light bittersweet finish. Bottle from love and regret.

(Bottle,0.375 l - BBE info was way too well hidden, at Stadin Panimobaari, 20150502) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was white and quite large. Aroma had fruitiness, citricness and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, citricness and bitterness. Aftertaste was yeasty and bitter. A decen Belgian style brew.

Semi-clear golden, gigantic white head dissipating slowly leaving lots of lacings. Yeasty, citrusy tones with hints of banana, coriander, grass, dust. Taste is moderately bitter, sweet malt notes, slight citrus, going into more peppery tones, ends bitter with a dominating grainy, spelty, peppery lingering finish. Medum body, high carbo. Works. The lingering grainy pepperness in the finish was a bit dominating though.

Spelt beer, a collaboration of Stillwater and Hof ten Dormaal. Thick and rocky, dense, regular, off-white head, colour orange blonde, clear with vivid fizz but ochre-like and fully cloudy with deposit. Aroma of gooseberries, peach, dry white wine, hay, lime zest, raw broccoli, freshly cut grass, bitter honey, hint of aniseed. Fruity, estery, yeasty taste, pineapple, pear and sour berries, sourish accent probably hauling from the spelt, spicy yeastiness developing over a bready, restrained malt sweetishness, rooty and grassy bitterness in the end, moderately hoppy with persisting basic sourishness and lingering malt sweetishness. Decent saison.

Troebel geel bier met veel schuim. Smaak is hoppig bitter en fris fruitig, licht zuur, koriander en citrus. Lijkt erg op een triple bier. Erg goed bier, smaak blijft redelijk lang hangen.

Golden blond with thick, soapy head. Yeasty aroma and taste. Very fresh and light. Zesty and lively. It suits the high carbonation level. Very refreshing.

Bottle @ Midlaren holiday. Hazy orange colour with a big white head. Smells brett, fruity, dusty, slightly sour, herbal. Tastes sweetish, apricot, yeasty, brett. Lots of carbo, medium body.
