Brett IPA
Dealt with a heavy hand of citrus hops and hit with brettanomyces yeast. This beer is bright and fruity with a bit of funk

Oxford tasting
Hazy golden color. Some brett aroma, stale. Harsh malt flavor, chaotic brett, tannins, harsh finish.
Not very good.

Golden, just a touch of haze. Smells of plastic, pale malt but not much of either brett or hop. On the palate, it’s a bit sticky and plasticy, again showing neither signature I’d expect or want.I shouldn’t be the one to dump it down the drain - that’s the brewer’s job.

650ml bottle at Alex’s. Clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma is flowery and slightly malty. Bretts? No evidence. Taste is slightly smokey, flowery and malty. Not very pleasant, harsh. Where is bretts? No idea. Not good.

Bottle - Touch of fruit and pale malts. Clear gold with a decent white heads. Sweet and fruity candy like hops. Sweet and not very wild.
