Taster at Alibi Room with Sonnet after Core2. Pours an opaque golden with a white head. Aroma is very fruity with some slight brett notes. Taste is very flowery with some slight barrel notes. Quite good.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color, compact head. The aroma is mild, vinous, fruity (grapes), with delicate malts. Good body strength, the mouthfeel is off-dry, it has a pleasant alcohol kick, the yeast character is dominating, the flavor is completed by delicate fruity esters, grapes, young white wine, some tannins.
Elegant, very good.

Bottle. Hazy, light sandy colour, aroma has brett, touch of raspberry, with a fair bit of sweet malt. Bretty, medium yeastiness, it’s ok, has a little abv late. Has the basics of a brett saison but never goes past that. 3 7 7 3 14 = 3.5
Draught @ FHF: Cloudy, light amber, brett up front, but there’s plastic and wonky phenols all over the palate. Too bad, because the nice brett and sweet pale malt notes are still there. If cleaner, much better.7-4-6-2-13 = 3.2

Draft - Bready, citrus and honey. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Light bitterness, bready, marmalade and a bitter but clean finish. Nice.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours an opaque cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is very fruity, with lots of brett, fruity stone fruits, and light funk. Flavour is very bright, with lots of stone fruitiness, wild yeast and farmhouse funk. Super fruity and complex. This is wonderfully done.
