Pale, touch of haze, very tart, earthy. While there’s a lot of vinous pinot noir aroma you don’t get it on the palate. Good.

Draft - Fleshy tart Apple. Pale gold. Dry fleshy Apple with a dry finish. Not very wild, but crisp and nice.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a hazy pale blonde with no head. Aroma brings out lots of wild character, some barrel and a hint of sweetness. Flavour is along the same lines, with light barrel character, wild yeast and a hint of sweetness. Nicely balanced with a flat palate. Solid.
