Draft - Cooked peas. Clear gold with a decent white head. Herbal, cooked vegetables and a light finish. Not good.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of nettles, light brett, and intense earthiness. Flavour is lightly sweet, with lots of earth, stinging nettles and some farmhouse yeast. Spicy and sweet on the finish. Excellent.

Amber. The nettle character is well-balanced, lending a herbal accent to both the aroma and flavour. Not super complex but I do like the way the nettle plays with the base saison.
