Very hazy, quite pale. Thin head. Light apricot, big tart, quite a wild beer. Juicy fruit, clean with abrasive tartness.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest, pours an opaque cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh apricot skins, light hay, and a touch of farmhouse character. Flavour is fresh, with lots of tart apricots, some wild yeast and hay. Fresh apricots and bright. Wild, dry and fruity on the finish. Very nice.

375ml bottle thanks to Rick. Peach colored body, hazy, small ring of bubbly head. Apricot dominates the aroma and taste, strong and clean. Tons of other fruit flavors too, some savory notes. Plenty of tartness too. Really well done
