A jazz artist might declare this funky blend of aged and unaged imperial saisons, as “in the pocket!” An avant garde combo that generates an irresistible groove. Aged in northwest red wine barrels, the elder imperial saison lays down the tart oaky notes in lock step with the wild improv of the younger brett duet. Can you dig it?

Gold. No head. Really nice brett nose with bright orchard fruit nose hop notes. I like the apricotty taste, the brett...there’s some sweetness and alcohol, which lends some nice balance to it. Drinks nicely for the strength...good body but not overly thick or heavy.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart light stone fruits, a little wood, and light vinegar. Flavour is very complex, with a wonderful brett character, rustic farmhouse yeast, a touch of acidity, and a bit of stone fruits. Rustic and bretty, with a high complexity. Very well-done. Excellent.

Grunt fill from Albertsons. Bright, clear golden, big instant head fades quickly. Grainy, floral aroma, fruity. Very welcoming. Taste Is sweet and savory, fells is slick and oily. White pepper, oranges, lemons. Not much of the ABV is evident. Delicious.

On Tap clear golden thin wispy off-white head. Nice light grain malt aroma. Faint and golden. Lots of sweet light grain flavors, not too big on the traditional saison yeast notes. Big and smooth. A double saison with plenty of residual sugars. Nice.
