Bottle from Beer Republic. Aroma is vinous and oaky with bretty funk, notes of red wine, citrus, apricot, fleshy fruits, lemon, bready/grainy malt. Flavour is tart with a mild sweetness, modest sourness. Body is medium, you don't really taste the high abv, but there's a certain sense of heaviness. Not as sour as I like, but pretty complex with a lot going on.

Bottle at WTF 6. Pours golden with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, earth, oak, apricot. Medium body, yeast, earthy malt, light stone fruit, odd but enjoyable.

12.7 oz waxed and corked bottle. Aroma is bretty, apricot, wood, vanilla, funk. Pours hazy sunshine golden with a thin white collapsing head. Taste is moderately to highly sour (7.5/10) and acidic, a bit savory, with flavors of the aroma descriptors. Good and interesting.

On tap. Pours a clear amber with little head. Aromas of dusty stoned fruit and Brett. Flavors follow same with fruity sailson yeast and homey plus a bi of grainy malt.

Draft 6 oz pour at Crux, Bend. 2017 vintage, enjoyed along with a sip of the 2018 for comparison purposes. A shiny, bright and clean golden pour. A ton of white wine barrel like notes here, grape sour flavor, white peach like character. A really interesting and intriguing sour. Big sour white grape nose. A wild finish. Lacto linger? Thicker bodied sour compared to others. Imperial sour and it isn't afraid to show it. A really fun presentation of this saison. Bold flavors underneath the sour that remind me of Autumn. Big league barrel aged saison here. Quite a treat!

Tasting at SF’s, corked
Hazy golden color. Elegant blend of yeast elements, Brett, delicate fruits, vinous character, final astringency. It delivers a lot, and it’s harmonious.
Delicious.
