Draft - Chocolate, dar malts and some hop bottterness. Cloudy Amber with a. Decent beige head. Dark chocolate and woody.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy dark amber color with compact head. Some caramel, but more would be expected, dry, without malt depth, a bit bready and metallic, with some bitterness from the darker malts.
Nothing to be impressed about.

On tap at Parkside, pours a hazy amber with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out toasted bready malt, a hint of caramel and light resinous hops. Flavour is similar, with more prominent resinous hops and a dry toasted caramel malt backbone that is rather thick. Nicely balanced, with a more robust flavour profile than the nose suggests. Not overly interesting but it works well enough.
