Draft - Raw gainger. Clearish pale yellow. Ginger and light Apple. Nothing special, but refreshing and nice.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Pale blond color, murky. Mild ginger aroma, mild yeast. Off dry , the ginger gives some cleaning product flavor, and the bitterness seems a bit out of place, when I actually liked hopped Ciders in the past; a bit astringent in the final; maybe too much carbonation.
Not bad, but confusing.

Very pale green, cloudy. Has a hot, gingery character. Like putting some apples into a ginger beer. Even has that cane syrup sweetness. Well, it’s a niche product but right in my wheelhouse.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clouded blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dry hopping and fresh ginger upfront. Flavour is very prominent on the dry hopping, followed by fresh ginger, and crisp dry apples. Not as good as the un-dry-hopped version. Decent.
