A berliner weisse style beer soured using pro-biotic yogurt. Raspberries and blackberries give a purple colour to the beer, as well as balance out the tartness. Late addition hops add a juicy flavour without any bitterness.

Nice milky purple body with some very modest foam, soft tart berry on the nose of no distinction. Flavour is tart berry, muddy citrus; strong sour berry lingering. Mouthfeel is full, heavy citrus, strong mashed fruit. PM Dawn may be proud, this is an okay mash and would work great in 1993 but would need far more earnest attention in 1997.

Has a nice purple colour, med head, light berry nose, mild tartness with some sweet fruit that's a bit floral and berryish.

Draft - Soured dark grains. Cloudy copper with a small white head. Soured dark grains with a light finish. Decent, but nothing interesting, just a basic sour.
