Pineapple mostly. Clear golden pour with decent head and lacing. Light bitter finish. Ok. Tap at Lake Country Britannia.

Aroma is mellow hops with a hint of grain. Has okay white foam and a brownish mostly clear liquid. Flavour is a mellow mix of hoppy malts but too soft, it could be brighter. Mouthfeel is soft, I'd prefer some more crispness. This is just an okay pale ale.

Draft - Grass and some herbal notes. Clearish gold with a beige head. Grassy and vegetal with a touch of bitterness.

Bright amber, medium head. Toasty malt, nice spicy hop character. Fairly sweet, but with hop spice, light esters.

On tap at Britannia Restaurant, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt, light piney hopping and traces of diacetyl. Flavour is along the same lines, with subdued piney and citrus hopping, and biscuity malt. Maybe a hint of the aforementioned butter, but not too bad.

Draught at the restaurant in Steveston
Hazy light amber color. Aroma of resiny and dank hops. Nice toffeeish malts flavor, light residual sweetness, the hops have some quality, some resins, some bitter orange, but also some chicory.
An honorable effort for a first beer; but should be tuned and improved.
