Hazy blond color. Very nice aroma, delicate, a bit funky, lightly vinous. Light and dry mouthfel; some funky notes and lightly vinous; a bit short in the final, with limited complexity.
Very nice.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of farmhouse yeast, light funk, and oak. Flavour is complex, funky and dry, with a very nice oak character, light funk and farmhouse yeast character. Oaky and dry, with a nice body. Very good.

750ml bottle (thx, Alex G.!) shared at Brians office. Pours a slightly hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is fruity with barrel notes. Same taste with some hoppy bitterness and quite low acidity. Nice and refreshing.

75cl. Looks like fresh cloudy lemon juice. Smells like a gueuze. Lots of lemonade aroma. Tight bulbly mouthfeel. Taste is not sweet or tart. Dry, citrus, American hope and a nice kiwi and apricot finish.
