Wild Harvest #1 is a low ABV base beer aged for months on fresh apples from local farmers and pitched with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis yeast in secondary fermentation. at 4,5% ABV this fruit beer is a truly fruity, funky feast. Oproer Lab Series are beers brewed on our pub-system in which we experiment with new flavors, brewing techniques and ingredients. All Lab Series beers are very limited, only available at our Brewpub and might or might not make it to the production system.
