Off-dry with an elegant floral bouquet and a big fruity finish this is our go-to cider for all occasions. Our House cider is what all apples want to be when they grow up.

Dry, a bit funky. Some juice, yellowish. Basic and not as clean on the ferm as I'd like.

Smells of soft apple skins, fresh apple sweetness. Has a foggy white-yellow body. Flavour is okay layered apple. A little thin on the mouth. Unintrusive but drinkable.

Draught at Taylight, Port Coquitlam, as Fraser Valley Cider, 7.2%
Blond, clear. It's dry, but quite intense. Not bad.

Update - Light sulphur. Light tannins and some acid with a touch of sweetness. - Apple and melon. Very pale gold. Light funk and touch of neutral Apple notes. Melon and Apple are prominent and not very interesting.

Bottle sampled at Fraser Valley Cider, pours a clear yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apples and pretty dry apples. Flavour is very crisp, with apple skins, light acidity and a nice puckering finish. Simple but solid.
