A drier version of our House, the popular English pub-style cider. Crafted from a blend of English cider apples, it’s a perfect balance between sharps, bitters and a touch of fruitiness.

Okayish clear yellow body and no foam, boozy apple on the nose with a bit of sweet cheese funk. Flavour is more sweet cheesy apple. Finish is quite boozy, alcohol is front and centre. Apples taste green for sure. This stuff is an oozing disjointed mess.

Bottle - Light green apple. Pale gold. Dry apple skin, touch of tannin and a very dry finish.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Very pale color. Off-dry a bit of acetic acid, a bit of lemon, quite simple, like most PNW Ciders.

Very pale. Clear. Appley nose. Light body, apples. Dryish finish. Clean, though not super complex. Ok basic cider.

Bottle sampled at Merridale, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light funk, crisp green apples and even a touch of sweetness. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp green apples, a touch of funky farmhouse notes, and some almost champgne-like crispness. Balanced well, with lots of depth for a dry cider. Very good.
