750 ml bottle bought through Brill & Co. Pours hazy almost murky amber with a huge frothy and creamy goldenish beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace and lacing on the glass. Smell is slightly sweet, fruity, floral, herbal and hoppy fresh with crackers, biscuits, caramel, grapefruit juice, oily pine, resinous wood, pineapple, dried apricots, alcohol, lychee, overripe mango, lemon balm, papaya, lemon zest, orange zest, currants and hints of lemon curd. Taste is slightly sweet, bitter, fruity and herbal with crackers, biscuits, pineapple, grapefruit juice, mango, papaya, lemon zest, orange zest, oily pine, resinous wood, dried apricots, cape gooseberries, orange peal marmalade, lemon balm, dill, alcohol and hints of caramel. Mouthfeel is soft, creamy, round, tiny dry, oily bitter, tiny boozy and near full bodied. Finish is bitter, fruity and herbal with crackers, biscuits, grapefruit juice, oily pine, resin, alcohol, black currants, orange zest, lemon zest, papaya, mango, cape gooseberries and hints of passion fruit. Very nice. Took me by surprise. Labeled as retired but I suspect these 750 ml bottles are a new batch. Heavy, IIPA-like and very hoppy fresh.

Pours clear deep amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, caramel, alcogol, citrus and grape. Taste is heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long sweet and bitter finish, Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 0,65l from The Cracked Kettle web shop. Hazy amber color with small white head. Aroma of dried plums, honey, pine. Taste, dried red fruit, honey, toffee, vanilla. Strong bitter finish with significant alcoholic feeling. Excellent.
