Hazy gold, sticky white head. Fresh cereals and little bit of spice. No humulene stuff. The taste is dry, mild macerated malts, robust crisp spicy bitterness. Crisp clean mouthfeel. Excellent. Really good.

Normalerweise sind die Varavar-Biere sehr gut, aber dieses hat mich enttäuscht. Es riecht süßlich nach Tod und erinnert geschmacklich an abgestandenes deutsches Billgpils, wo man statt Hopfen chemische Zusätze beigegeben hat. Da schmeckt mir sogar ukrainisches Industriebier besser.

Bottle - Sweet, light bready notes and a touch of honey, clear gold with a small white head. Much like it smells with a touch of grainy bite.

330ml bottle at Matt’s. Bottled on 2016-11-30. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a weak white head. Aroma is not good, malty and some not pleasant hops, quite harsh. Same bad taste. Sorry, but this one is terrible, despite it is only 4 months old. Defective bottle?

330mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out vegetal notes and a light grassy character. Flavour is very dry, with grassy and vegetal notes, straw and bitter grassiness. Stale and off-putting. No good.

Slight haze. Light amber. Not much head. The hops are really toasty on the nose. Light and watery. The hops are stale...bit cheesy...not all that interesting. Just tired hops and the malt base doesn’t really go anywhere at all, so you get this odd toastiness.
