Draft - Soured lemon rind and a touch of passionfruit. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Big bright sourness, citrus and some grassy notes.

Keg at the source. A translucent golden coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is composed of tart sour lemon, rind, wheat, pollen, floral citrus hop. Flavour is composed of tangy lemon rind, rounded wheaty grains, grassy citrus bitter lemon, . Sourness is mellow to medium tangy. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation, . Assertive bitter lemon in the finish. Pretty good.
